Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
1. Introduction
At Marchand & Vale, discretion and privacy are the cornerstones of our advisory practice. This Privacy Policy outlines the stringent measures we take to protect the personal and financial information of our ultra-high-net-worth clientele, partners, and website visitors.
2. Information Collection
Due to the exclusive nature of our off-market transactions, we collect specific, highly confidential information during the onboarding and advisory process. This may include:
- Identity verification documents required for global real estate transactions.
- Proof of funds, asset portfolios, and trust structures.
- Personal preferences, security requirements, and lifestyle mandates for property curation.
3. Data Protection Mechanisms
All digital records are encrypted using military-grade AES-256 encryption. We utilize proprietary, air-gapped servers for highly sensitive portfolio data. Access to client files is strictly compartmentalized; only the lead Principal advising your portfolio has complete access to your dossier.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Marchand & Vale does not sell, rent, or lease client lists or data under any circumstances. Information is only shared with trusted legal counsel, escrow entities, and family office representatives when explicitly authorized by you for the execution of a transaction.
5. Off-Market Discretion
For clients divesting assets, we offer a "Zero-Footprint" listing protocol. We do not index your property on public MLS databases, nor do we share internal photography without a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from a vetted, pre-qualified acquiring party.
6. Contacting the Privacy Officer
For inquiries regarding data deletion, access logs, or to update your communication preferences, please have your family office or legal representative contact our Chief Privacy Officer directly at privacy@marchandvale.com.
